already doing badly

Day 10: 

Food:

- cheese sandwich

- mushroom pasta salad

- spinach and ricotta canneloni 

- can of pepsi

Exercise: working for 6 hours

 

Day 11:

Food:

- 2 cheese sandwiches

- 3 bowls pasta salad

- veggie lasagna 

- 1 tin pepsi, 1 bottle cider

Exercise: working for 14 hours

 

Ugh, I was at work all day yesterday, from 12 pm till 2 am … and I ate a lot. I need to get back on track starting today and come up with a plan for next week so that I can hopefully lose some more weight!
