Today’s Food Journal. Until I am able to figure out a better way to paste these, you might have to click on the picture to get a better view of what I ate. Copy and pasting doesn’t work very well My goal is to be down 40 lbs by July 10th, so Sparkpeople has me eating between 1480-1830 calories per day, and I have a requirement set to burn about 1500 calories per week via excercise.
