Carrie Underwood’s Diet

Country singer, Carrie Underwood, always look fantastic when she appears on stage. The Grammy Award winner was often criticized by the media for her “fuller figure” earlier on in her career. Up to present Carrie has managed to shed 20 pounds since first appearing on American Idols despite her obsession with cheese and can teach one a thing or two about how to keep their body weight under control.

Carrie follows a vegetarian diet and is very conscious about what she takes in. “I’m slightly obsessive-compulsive about what I eat, more than I should be. I write down everything I eat,” she says. She keeps a diary of her food intake and in this way can monitor her calories intake. …
